Congratulations – we made it to 2012! And what a year 2011 was for most of us it was…. However, in our household, we are done with looking back and are firmly looking forward to all the new memories that 2012 will hold. The challenges, the tears, the laughter, the love. And we start, with our 52 in 52. Things we want to see come to reality this year – from the insane, to the serious, to the very ‘in joke’…
- Finish and pass 8 uni subjects – P’s mean degrees people
- Visit the Farmers Market
- Snorkel (successfully) in Hawaii
- Attempt Paddle Boarding
- Save the six month emergency fund (and not spend it, because there will be no emergencies!)
- Ride my bicycle four (4) Sundays in a row without death occurring (to myself and/or others)
- Have a great big fantastic party
- Learn how to cook four (4) new dishes
- Start making, and finish the christmas decorations (in time for Christmas)
- Change someones life
- Send flowers
- Celebrate Valentines Day
- Make ELP stay up all night for a movie marathon
- Make the America photo book
- Make the 2011 Photo book
- Mini sock monkey creation for Papa Bear
- Learn the words to a full Metallica song
- Watch Rachels Top Ten Movie list for Lyndal
- Watch ELP hit a driver successfully (in Golf, not on the road)
- Force ELP to write a guest post because he has a lot of opinions
- Get ELP to throw some shoes out (he should not have more than me)
- Make a home movie (i.e. learn how to both use the movie maker)
- Make a mix CD every month
- Purchase a herb plant – and keep it alive for three months
- Lose 2/10kg and be at that weight next christmas
- Put up the christmas tree
- Do the annual BFF trip in Oct/Nov
- Purchase a Dyson
- Get a pet (fish, if thats all we can have)
- Run for 15mins straight
- Re subscribe to the Oprah mag
- Design sleeve
